Brian also sits on the Board of Directors of the Commercial Realtor Alliance of San Diego (CRA_SD), a division of San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR).

Prior to being associated with South Coast Comercial. Mr. Browar was involved with Hendricks & Partners and ACI Commercial Inc. While at both firms Mr. Browar specialized in Apartment Sales and gained experience in the art of negotiating.

During his time at South Coast Commercial, Mr. Browar has been involved in the sale and acquisition of dozens of investment properties on behalf of clients representing millions of dollars in transaction volume. These properties have included apartment complexes, and land for development.

Mr. Browar has an extensive background in the Real Estate industry.
